Ying Shi holds a bachelor's degree from Tianjin Polytechnic University and an MBA from Renmin University of China. From 1984 to 1992, she held major management positions in large enterprises, gaining extensive and solid management experience. In 1992, she founded her own company, and in 1998, she began her real estate development career in China, achieving success.
In 2005, she and her husband established a real estate development company in New Zealand. Ying has accumulated rich experience in real estate development and investment. She has unique insights and extensive experience in macro real estate strategy, market trends, real estate financing, real estate value estimation, architectural style trends, building materials and costs, real estate taxes, and property structure design. Her over 40 years of work experience, more than 30 years of entrepreneurial and management experience, and over 26 years of comprehensive experience in the real estate industry will bring significant benefits to our clients.

Rong Zhang
Registered Architect in New Zealand
Rong Zhang holds a bachelor's degree from Tianjin University of Urban Construction and both bachelor's and postgraduate degrees in architecture from Victoria University. With over 30 years of architectural design experience in China and New Zealand, he combines a profound artistic background with traditional design concepts and modern aesthetic art, focusing on a human-centered approach to meet various functional requirements while highlighting architectural aesthetics. Since 2005, he has been running a real estate development company in New Zealand with his wife, Ying Shi. His deep understanding of New Zealand architecture and building regulations, construction costs, and the construction market is a major asset for our company, enabling us to provide clients with the best cost-effective architectural designs and property types.

Tony Dong
Registered Structural Engineer in New Zealand
Yi Dong graduated from the University of Canterbury with a degree in structural engineering and has 15 years of structural engineering design experience in New Zealand. He has served as the head of structural design at a multi-regional comprehensive design firm, earning high praise for his outstanding professional abilities. As an excellent structural engineer, Yi not only focuses on building safety but also maximizes cost savings for clients. He joined SUNSHINE LTD as the executive general manager in 2020. His rigorous thinking and rich experience provide a safety guarantee for market development.

Zhou Li

Zhou Li holds a bachelor's degree in structural engineering from New Zealand and has 15 years of practical experience in the construction industry. He is proficient in building structures and regulations, ensuring the feasibility and cost control of designs from a construction perspective, and maintaining the accuracy of construction and maintenance quality while minimizing costs.

Sunny Sun
Accountant & Property Manager
Since 1999, Yuwei Sun has been engaged in the real estate industry, holding accounting and other management positions. She is proficient in cost control and has served as a leasing property manager for over ten years, focusing on the cost control of property maintenance. Corbon Yang
Computer Expert & Property Manager
Graduated from Lincoln University in 2017, he has been engaged in property management since graduation. With three years of experience as an Accommodation Manager and five years as a Property Manager, he has developed extensive skills in managing both short-term and long-term property rentals. He is diligent and hardworking, with a strong sense of responsibility.
He is courteous and patient with others, showing respect to everyone. His knowledge and skills in computer technology greatly enhance his work efficiency. In his previous work, his diligence and professionalism have earned him high praise from both homeowners and tenants.

Darren Meng
Property Manager
Darren Meng holds a master’s degree in Global Business Management and Marketing from Lincoln University. After graduating from university in 2006, he was sent to Africa to support work in a Fortune Global 500 company. Darren started from basic work and has done many jobs, from engineering management to marketing management, eventually becoming an operations manager. His 10-year experience in Africa tempered his endurance and accumulated solid management experience and customer relationship management skills.
In 2016, he came to New Zealand to further his knowledge in business management, obtaining a master’s degree in Global Business Management and Marketing from Lincoln University. His profound knowledge and unique life experiences have shaped Darren into a person who is humble, understanding, and diligent in his work. These qualities have made him an excellent property management manager who is highly praised by both landlords and tenants.

Lily Yu
Office Manager
In 2010, Lily earned a bachelor’s degree in arts and design from Wellington Polytechnic. After graduation, she worked for ten years at a Chinese newspaper company, where she progressed from writing reports to becoming the editor-in-chief, responsible for layout design and operations. She is proficient in various design software, able to efficiently handle all types of documents and promotional material designs, and possesses excellent communication and coordination skills.
Currently, Lily is responsible for office administration and media support for company promotions. Her work is foundational to the company's effective operations and the provision of excellent service to clients, making her an outstanding Office Manager.

Jing Zhu
Property manager & Investment consultant
Jing Zhu graduated from Beijing University of Business Administration in 1997. After graduation, she began working in market big data analysis and research, project management, and financial management, accumulating rich market knowledge and project management experience, and enhancing her macroeconomic perspective. She started her own company in 2011 and worked in education consulting, concurrently serving as a property manager for several large office buildings. Her ten years of entrepreneurial experience have shaped Jing into a diligent and dedicated individual.

In 2021, Jenny founded her own company, specializing in services for international students and immigrants. Through ten years of hard work, Jenny has developed multiple skills, particularly in customer service. She is meticulous, attentive, and focused on service details and experience.

Jackie Qiu

After graduating from high school in 2002, Jackie moved to New Zealand. Over four years of study, she graduated from Christchurch Polytechnic Institute of Technology, majoring in Finance and Accounting. Jackie is independent and resilient, never content with mediocrity. During university, she worked various part-time jobs to support herself, laying the foundation for her strong work ethic. After graduation, she worked in a managerial position at a printing factory. Unwilling to settle for mediocrity, Jackie continued her studies in Business Management while working. Today, Jackie successfully runs a souvenir shop in the city center. However, Jackie has always been passionate about real estate investment. She has previously partnered with others to invest in building houses and worked as a real estate agent. But during the early stages of her business, she had to devote herself fully, putting her real estate career on hold. Despite this, Jackie's passion and dedication to real estate never wavered.
